Hey there!👋 I am CHRIS ADOLPHUS, a versatile Product Owner with a background in Web Development, Android Engineering and Product Design. Today, I'm fully immersed in all things PRODUCT - from DESIGN, to PRODUCT MANAGEMENT to PRODUCT STRATEGY, and GROWTH .
Over the past 4-5 years, I've collaborated with startups at every stage, from pre-seed to publicly traded companies. My work has impacted over 100 MILLION PEOPLE globally, spanning every continent (except Antarctica, maybe 😆).
Currently, I lead a 12-person product team across 7 time zones at WRITESEA a seed-stage VC backed startup. Here, I wear multiple hats from DESIGN to PRODUCT MANAGEMENT and STRATEGY. Before this, I was the design lead at CHAKA , a pre-seed stage startup, was the first employee at SQUADPAL , Additionally, I served as a senior Product Consultant at FICO , a publicly traded company with over 3,000 employees.
ENTREPRENEURSHIP :
In terms of enteprenuership, I am a 3X TECH FOUNDER, with one exit under my belt. My most recent startup being COVERAI, where I grew it to over 13,000 users in less than 3 months before it got acquired. I am also the founder and co-creator of WORKBUDDY , a documentation tool for creatives where we have sold 100s of copies already.
NON WORK:
When I'm not diving into product development, you'll find me deeply engrossed in learning about design, software engineering, and startup growth. I've had the pleasure of speaking at conferences of various sizes, ranging from 100 to 2,000 attendees, mentoring aspiring product professionals on ADPLIST (where I'm among the top-rated product mentors), and writing articles on all things design and product-related.
FUN :
For some fun outside of work, I'm an avid football player and self-proclaimed top-tier box-to-box midfielder. If you're in need of a skilled and athletic player for your next game, I'm your guy! I've also dabbled in stand-up comedy, was part of a music band, and have a soft spot for the beach.
